Pro/Mark supplies thermally applied graphics in roll-form. These rolls are easily placed onto or removed from the application machine. Changing from one design to another is as easy as changing the roll.
The graphic is applied with a flat heated silicone rubber die (or heated roller in special cases). The transfer roll automatically indexes an individual graphic into position for application by means of a photocell or laser. Then, depending on your substrate, from one to twelve tons of pressure is applied. This combination of heat and pressure permanently affixes your design to your part in a completely dry process.
With thermally applied graphics, Pro/Mark’s expert screen printers take responsibility for all the technical aspects of printing your label. You don’t need to be concerned with inks, solvents, chemisties or other environmental / safety issues in your factory. And the floor space you’ll need to decorate your parts is as small as the plan view of a heat-transfer application machine.
